Replacement & Exchange Policy At CHOKHO, we do not offer returns or refunds. Free Replacement We provide a free replacement only if:

* You receive a damaged product.

* You receive a defective product.

* You receive the wrong item. Replacement Conditions

* An unboxing video is mandatory.

* The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

* The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Exchange Policy If you wish to exchange a product for any other reason (such as a different design or preference), an exchange fee of ₹150 will be applicable. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. CHOKHO reserves the right to approve or reject replacement and exchange requests after verification.
